Phosphiron

Active ingredients Potassium phosphite
Phosphiron is a fungicide for the control of downy mildew in vegetable crops and grapevines, as well as Alternaria and brown rot in citrus. The product contains a phosphorus- and potassium-based salt. Phosphiron has systemic activity and is translocated throughout the plant in both upward and downward directions. It works by stimulating the production of phytoalexins, thereby enhancing the plant's natural resistance to fungal pathogens. For optimum results, Phosphiron should be applied preventively, before disease symptoms appear, followed by two to three additional applications to ensure effective disease control.
