Acrobat

Acrobat is a mixture of the fungicide dimethomorph and the broad-spectrum fungicide mancozeb. Dimethomorph penetrates the plant tissue and controls the fungus within the leaf or stem. Mancozeb does not penetrate the plant and acts as a protectant. The two substances have different modes of action against the fungus. Dimethomorph is effective against strains resistant to Ridomil and other products from the same group (phenylamides). To prevent the development of resistance to dimethomorph, do not spray Acrobat continuously; instead, alternate occasionally with other products from different chemical groups.
